ZERO TRAFFIC

We left Toronto with good weather and last three days have been amazing in the sense there is no traffic and excellent northern Ontario highways. There are just a few cars and these cars are from all provinces, not just Ontario and heading west they are.

These door handles can speak for themselves! This is a place we stopped for a bathroom as they are uncommon!

We stayed at a brand new Delta in Thunder Bay and on the sixth floor facing a marina. How is this possible? Did Paul call ahead? This is Lake Superior, a majestic, huge lake that we got to see on our travel up to here.

Where there are roads, there are the railway tracks. The tracks bond all our provinces together.

Food is part of our trip and this Reuben sandwich warranted a picture at the restaurant at The Delta.

Welcome to Manitoba! From our town to this border is 2,480 km! Ontario is huge and takes a few days to actually leave the province. I compare just this trip to this point to us driving to Florida.

Funny Named Things that I saw:

Seldom Seen Road

Handy Spot Road

Sleeping Giant Parkway

Rabbit Blanket Lake
